Two milestone events are to be celebrated on October 15, 2015, by STC— its 75th Founding Anniversary and the 500 Birth Anniversary of its patron saint-St. Teresa of Avila. Preparations for marking the anniversary already are under way and activities will become increasingly public as days unfold. Some of these major activities are: • A consultation with batch alumni is now being conducted to plan a grand alumni homecoming headed by notable alumnus Atty. Nicasio Conti. • Cultural clubs are planning a concert for the event. • The alumni committee will prepare a special museum for the history of STC. The work will be displayed in the Bungkalan. • Banners, desk calendars noting the anniversary will begin appearing on campus and Bauan throughout the year. • A redesigned Web site will be launched in the coming months and will include such features as audio streaming of campus events and school programming. “We would like to make it a appoint that the celebration would be meaningful and remarkable to all alumni,†echoed Fr. Carlo Magno Ilagan, school President. Other events would include series of academic conferences and seminars, cultural and music presentations, awarding ceremonies, grand parades, community development programs, and medical mission. / Harlene Silang
